3.2 One Account Per Player. Each individual may register only one Account on the 9kmy platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different identity credentials — is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.
3.3 Registration Information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any changes via the account settings dashboard.
3.4 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 9kmy will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify 9kmy support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.
3.5 Jurisdictional Restrictions. 9kmy does not permit registration or real-money play by individuals resident in any Restricted Jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether your use of the 9kmy platform is lawful in your jurisdiction prior to registration.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. In accordance with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and platform policy, all players are required to complete identity verification (KYC) before withdrawal privileges are activated on their account.
4.2 Required Documents. You may be required to submit one or more of the following: a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport; proof of residential address (issued within 90 days); and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to deposit funds.
4.3 Verification Timeline. 9kmy will endeavour to complete KYC review within one business day of receiving all required documentation. You will be notified of the outcome via your registered email address.
4.4 Ongoing Verification. 9kmy reserves the right to request updated KYC documentation at any time during the account's lifetime in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
5.1 Currency. All transactions on the 9kmy platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No other currency is accepted. There are no currency conversion fees applied by 9kmy.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 9kmy accepts deposits and withdrawals via the following methods where available: FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. The availability of specific payment methods may vary.
5.3 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum transaction limits may apply and are displayed on the deposit and withdrawal pages respectively.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed by 9kmy within fifteen (15) minutes of approval on average. Processing times may extend in cases where additional verification is required or during periods of exceptional volume. 9kmy shall not be liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or financial institutions.
5.5 Withdrawal to Verified Methods Only. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit or to a verified account held in the player's name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months are classified as dormant. An administrative fee of RM10 per month may be applied to dormant account balances. Players will be notified before this fee is applied.
6.1 General Conditions. All bonuses, promotions, and offers made available on the 9kmy platform are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements, which are disclosed at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they, or any winnings derived from them, may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, and expiry period are stated clearly in the respective promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse and Collusion. 9kmy reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the accounts of players found to be abusing promotional offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated bonus harvesting, or any other method that exploits promotional mechanics contrary to their intended purpose.
6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Offers. 9kmy reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to any applicable regulatory requirements.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the 9kmy platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction, all affected bets may be voided at 9kmy's discretion and stakes returned to players.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and markets on 9kmy. These limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook market prior to bet placement.
7.3 Errors and Malfunctions. 9kmy shall not be liable for any errors in the display of game information, odds, or outcomes that result from technical malfunctions beyond our reasonable control. Bets placed on clearly erroneous odds or game configurations may be voided.
7.4 Payout Disputes. Any dispute regarding a payout or game outcome must be raised with 9kmy support within seventy-two (72) hours of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be investigated.

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 9kmy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
11.2 9kmy's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 9kmy does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for implementing appropriate safeguards on your own device and network.

9kmy reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the account dashboard notification system and/or by email to the registered address at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable. Your continued use of the 9kmy platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
14.1 9kmy reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion, including where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or regulatory non-compliance.
14.2 Where an account is terminated for a material breach of these Terms, 9kmy reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where no breach is established, remaining cleared balances will be returned to the player via the original deposit method.
14.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting 9kmy support. Cleared balances will be processed for withdrawal within five (5) business days of the closure request, subject to KYC requirements.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9kmy holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through 9kmy's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the applicable regulatory dispute resolution mechanism.
